Disclaimer

Product & FDA Disclaimer

Federal update. Hemp-derived products are currently governed by the 2018 Farm Bill, which defines hemp by a limit of 0.3% Delta-9 THC on a dry weight basis. Section 781 of P.L. 119-37 takes effect November 12, 2026 and narrows the federal hemp definition, measuring total THC against a 0.4mg per container cap for finished products. Bulk CBD Distributors is aligning its catalog to be fully compliant on that date.

For B2B clients

All products listed on BulkCBDDistributors.com are intended solely for sale and distribution to businesses involved in the production, distribution, and resale of cannabinoid products. It is the responsibility of every manufacturer, wholesaler, distributor, and retailer to ensure these products are not sold to or used by persons under the age of 18 or 21, as determined by the laws of their governing state or territory. Business clients are responsible for verifying that all product labels meet legal requirements and include appropriate usage instructions and warnings.

For consumers

Finished products should only be used as directed on the label and are not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18 or 21, depending on state or local laws, or by individuals who are pregnant or nursing. Consumers should consult a physician before use, particularly if they have a medical condition or take prescription medications.

General disclaimer

All trademarks and copyrights are the property of their respective owners and do not endorse Bulk CBD Distributors or its products. By using this site, you agree to the Privacy Policy and all Terms & Conditions outlined here. Products are void where prohibited by law.

FDA evaluation

The statements made regarding these products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. All B2B clients must ensure that their marketing and sales practices align with FDA regulations and avoid unsubstantiated health claims.

Medical and usage disclosures

The information on BulkCBDDistributors.com is for general informational purposes only and is not medical advice. Bulk CBD Distributors is not responsible for improper use of these products or for claims made in customer testimonials. Consumers should seek information from healthcare practitioners as needed, and B2B clients should display advisories on all consumer-facing materials.

Legal notice

The Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act requires this notice. By purchasing, distributing, or using products from BulkCBDDistributors.com, B2B clients and consumers acknowledge and agree to this disclosure and take responsibility for compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Notice regarding CBD products

  • Legal status. CBD derived from hemp is legal under federal law under the 2018 Farm Bill, provided it is derived from hemp containing less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC on a dry weight basis. State laws vary. It is the responsibility of B2B clients to ensure compliance with all relevant federal, state, and local regulations regarding the production, sale, and distribution of CBD products, and consumers should be aware of local regulations affecting purchase and use.
  • FDA disclaimer. Statements about CBD products have not been evaluated by the FDA. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
  • Side effects. While CBD is generally well-tolerated, it may cause side effects in some individuals, including dry mouth, drowsiness, and changes in appetite. B2B clients should include appropriate warnings on packaging and materials.
  • Drug testing. Use of CBD products, even those containing trace amounts of THC, may result in a positive drug test. B2B clients should communicate this in product documentation.
  • Shipping restrictions. Because the legal status of CBD varies by state, certain products may be subject to shipping restrictions. B2B clients must verify state-specific regulations before shipping.
  • Product safety. Keep products out of reach of children and pets, and store in a cool, dry place. B2B clients should emphasize safety guidance on packaging and documentation.

Notice regarding Delta 8 THC products

  • Legal status. Delta 8 THC derived from hemp is federally legal under the 2018 Farm Bill as long as the source contains less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC on a dry weight basis. State laws vary significantly, and Delta 8 THC is among the products restricted under Section 781 of P.L. 119-37 effective November 12, 2026. Bulk CBD Distributors will discontinue these products as required by that date. It is the responsibility of B2B clients to ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
  • FDA disclaimer. Statements about Delta 8 THC products have not been evaluated by the FDA. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
  • Handling and labeling. Delta 8 THC products are sold as inputs for further formulation and resale by businesses. B2B clients are responsible for accurate labeling, appropriate end-user warnings, and safe handling, and must instruct downstream customers to follow all label directions.
  • Drug testing. Delta 8 THC may cause a positive result on a THC drug test. B2B clients should communicate this clearly on packaging and materials.
  • Shipping restrictions. Because the legal status of Delta 8 THC varies by state, certain jurisdictions may restrict or prohibit shipment. B2B clients must stay informed of state-specific shipping laws and ensure compliance.
  • Product safety. Keep products out of reach of children and pets, and store in a secure, cool, dry location. B2B clients must include clear safety guidance on packaging and instructions.

Notice regarding Delta 9 THC products

  • Legal status. Under the 2018 Farm Bill, hemp-derived finished products must contain less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC on a dry weight basis. B2B transactions involving bulk hemp ingredients such as distillates or extracts intended for further formulation may contain higher concentrations; these ingredients are meant to be diluted or processed to meet legal requirements for finished products. Delta 9 THC products above the finished-product limit are restricted under Section 781 of P.L. 119-37 effective November 12, 2026, and Bulk CBD Distributors will discontinue affected products as required by that date. It is the responsibility of all clients to ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
  • FDA disclaimer. Statements about Delta 9 THC products have not been evaluated by the FDA. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
  • Handling and labeling. Clients using higher-concentration ingredients for further processing are responsible for safe handling, accurate labeling, and compliant formulation of any finished products.
  • Drug testing. Use of Delta 9 THC products, even in formulations, may result in a positive THC drug test. Businesses producing consumable products should communicate this to end users.
  • Shipping restrictions. Because of varying state laws, Delta 9 THC products, particularly higher-concentration ingredients, may not be shipped to certain states. Clients must ensure compliance with state shipping and distribution laws.
  • Product safety. Keep products secure and out of reach of children and pets, and store in a safe, cool, dry place.

Notice regarding THCA products

  • Legal status. THCA (tetrahydrocannabinolic acid) is a cannabinoid derived from hemp. Under the 2018 Farm Bill, THCA is federally legal as long as it is derived from hemp containing less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC on a dry weight basis. Because Section 781 of P.L. 119-37 measures total THC, including THCA adjusted for decarboxylation, against a 0.4mg per container cap for finished products effective November 12, 2026, many THCA products will no longer qualify as hemp on that date. Bulk CBD Distributors will discontinue affected products as required. It is the responsibility of all B2B clients to ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
  • FDA disclaimer. Statements about THCA products have not been evaluated by the FDA. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
  • Side effects. THCA is generally well-tolerated but may cause side effects in some individuals. B2B clients should include warnings and disclaimers on product labels.
  • Drug testing. Use of THCA products may result in a positive THC drug test once THCA is decarboxylated into THC. B2B clients should communicate this clearly on labels and educational materials.
  • Shipping restrictions. Shipment of THCA products can be restricted by state laws that differ across regions. B2B clients must comply with current state and local shipping regulations.
  • Product safety. Keep products out of reach of children and pets, and store in a cool, dry place. B2B clients should emphasize storage and safety guidance on packaging and instructions.
