Important Notice Regarding CBD Products

Legal Status: CBD derived from hemp is currently legal under federal law according to the 2018 Farm Bill, provided it contains less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC on a dry weight basis. However, the legal status of CBD varies significantly across states. It is the responsibility of B2B clients—including manufacturers, wholesalers, distributors, and retailers—to ensure compliance with all relevant federal, state, and local regulations regarding the production, sale, and distribution of CBD products. Consumers should also be aware of and comply with local regulations that may affect the purchase and use of CBD products in their area.

B2B Compliance Responsibility: All business clients must ensure that the CBD products they produce, resell, or distribute meet local and federal compliance standards, including accurate labeling, safety measures, and adherence to state-specific guidelines.

Consumer Responsibility: Consumers should use CBD products responsibly. CBD products are not intended for use by individuals under 18, pregnant or nursing women, or those with diagnosed or undiagnosed health conditions. Consumers are advised to consult a healthcare professional before using any CBD products, particularly if they are taking other medications or have underlying health concerns.

FDA Disclaimer: Statements made about CBD products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. B2B clients should ensure that marketing materials reflect this and do not make unauthorized health claims.

Health Effects: While CBD is generally considered safe and well-tolerated, it may cause side effects in some individuals, including dry mouth, drowsiness, and changes in appetite. Consumers should be informed of these potential side effects. B2B clients should include safety warnings on packaging and promotional materials as part of their compliance practices.

Drug Testing: The use of CBD products, even those containing trace amounts of THC, may result in a positive drug test. Both B2B clients and consumers should be aware of this risk. Businesses should consider incorporating this information in their product documentation to ensure transparency.

Shipping Restrictions: Due to the varying legal status of CBD across states, certain CBD products may be subject to shipping restrictions. B2B clients must verify state-specific regulations and ensure compliance before shipping products. Consumers are advised to confirm whether CBD products can be legally shipped to their location.

Product Safety: CBD products should be kept out of reach of children and pets. Proper storage in a safe, cool, and dry environment is necessary to maintain product quality. B2B clients must emphasize product safety guidelines on packaging and documentation.

Consult with Healthcare Professional: Individuals with health conditions or those taking medications should consult with a healthcare professional before using CBD products. B2B clients should include such advisories on their product labels and marketing materials to ensure consumers are informed.

Acknowledgment: By purchasing, distributing, manufacturing, or selling CBD products, B2B clients and consumers acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions. Compliance with all relevant regulations is the responsibility of the party involved in the production, distribution, or use of CBD products.

Important Notice Regarding Delta 8 THC Products

Legal Status: Delta 8 THC, derived from hemp, is federally legal under the 2018 Farm Bill as long as the source contains less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC on a dry weight basis. However, state laws regarding Delta 8 THC vary significantly. It is the responsibility of B2B clients—including manufacturers, wholesalers, distributors, and retailers—to ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations regarding the production, sale, and distribution of Delta 8 THC products. Consumers should also be aware of and comply with local laws regarding the purchase and use of Delta 8 THC products in their area.

B2B Compliance Responsibility: Business clients must verify that their Delta 8 THC products meet regulatory standards for content, labeling, and distribution. Due diligence in understanding the evolving legal landscape is crucial for B2B operations to remain compliant.

Consumer Responsibility: Consumers should use Delta 8 THC products responsibly. These products are not intended for individuals under 21, pregnant or nursing women, or those with diagnosed or undiagnosed medical conditions. Consult a healthcare professional before using Delta 8 THC products if you have health concerns or are taking medications.

FDA Disclaimer: Statements regarding Delta 8 THC products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. B2B clients should ensure that marketing and product documentation do not make unsubstantiated health claims.

Psychoactive Effects: Delta 8 THC is known to produce psychoactive effects similar to Delta 9 THC, including euphoria, relaxation, and altered perception. Consumers should exercise caution, and B2B clients should include appropriate warnings on product labels to inform end-users. Users should avoid operating vehicles or heavy machinery while using Delta 8 THC products.

Drug Testing: Delta 8 THC may cause a positive result for THC in drug tests. Both B2B clients and consumers should be aware of this potential outcome. B2B clients should communicate this information clearly on product packaging and marketing materials.

Shipping Restrictions: Due to the varied legal status of Delta 8 THC across states, certain jurisdictions may restrict or prohibit the shipping of these products. It is the responsibility of B2B clients to stay informed of state-specific shipping laws and ensure compliance. Consumers should verify whether Delta 8 THC products can be legally shipped to their location before purchasing.

Product Safety: All Delta 8 THC products should be kept out of reach of children and pets. Proper storage in a secure, cool, and dry location is necessary to maintain product quality and safety. B2B clients must include clear safety guidelines on packaging and in user instructions.

Consult with Healthcare Professional: Individuals with health concerns or who are taking medications should consult with a healthcare professional before using Delta 8 THC products. B2B clients should include these advisories to inform consumers and comply with best practices in product safety.

Acknowledgment: By purchasing, producing, distributing, or using Delta 8 THC products, both B2B clients and consumers agree to these terms and conditions and acknowledge their responsibility for compliance with all relevant regulations.

Important Notice Regarding Delta 9 THC Products:

Legal Status: Delta 9 THC is a psychoactive compound found in cannabis. Under the 2018 Farm Bill, hemp-derived Delta 9 THC products must contain less than 0.3% Delta 9 THC on a dry weight basis to be considered compliant for consumer products. However, B2B transactions involving bulk hemp ingredients, such as distillates or extracts intended for further formulation, may have higher concentrations of Delta 9 THC. These ingredients are meant to be diluted or processed further to meet legal requirements for end-use products. It is the responsibility of all clients, including manufacturers, wholesalers, and distributors, to ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations regarding the use and distribution of Delta 9 THC products.

Consumer Responsibility: Delta 9 THC products are intended for responsible use. These products should not be used by individuals under the age of 21, pregnant or nursing women, or those with diagnosed or undiagnosed health conditions.

FDA Disclaimer: Statements regarding Delta 9 THC products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Psychoactive Effects: Delta 9 THC is known to produce psychoactive effects, such as euphoria, relaxation, and altered perception. Clients using higher-concentration ingredients for further processing should be aware of these effects and ensure safe handling and formulation practices.

Drug Testing: Use of Delta 9 THC products, even in formulations, may result in a positive drug test for THC. Businesses that produce consumable products should communicate this potential to end-users.

Shipping Restrictions: Due to varying state laws, Delta 9 THC products, particularly those with higher concentrations, may not be shipped to certain states or jurisdictions. Clients must stay informed and ensure compliance with state laws regarding shipping and distribution.

Product Safety: All Delta 9 THC products, especially those with higher concentrations intended for formulation, should be kept secure and out of reach of children and pets. Store these products in a safe, cool, and dry place.

Consult with a Compliance Expert: Businesses handling high-concentration Delta 9 THC ingredients should consult with legal and compliance professionals to ensure adherence to all regulations before manufacturing, distributing, or reselling products.

By purchasing, processing, distributing, or selling Delta 9 THC ingredients, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined above.

Important Notice Regarding THCA Products

Legal Status: THCA (tetrahydrocannabinolic acid) is a non-psychoactive cannabinoid derived from hemp. Under the 2018 Farm Bill, THCA is federally legal as long as it is derived from hemp containing less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC on a dry weight basis. However, state laws may differ, and the legal status of THCA can vary. It is the responsibility of all B2B clients, including manufacturers, wholesalers, distributors, and retailers, to ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding the production, sale, and distribution of THCA products. Consumers should also be aware of state-specific regulations that may impact their purchase and use of THCA products.

B2B Compliance Responsibility: All business clients must verify that their THCA products meet regulatory standards for formulation, labeling, and distribution. Proper due diligence and adherence to evolving state and federal regulations are essential for continued compliance.

Consumer Responsibility: THCA products should be used responsibly. These products are not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18, pregnant or nursing women, or those with diagnosed or undiagnosed health conditions. Consumers should consult with a healthcare professional before using THCA products, especially if they have health concerns or are taking medications.

FDA Disclaimer: Statements regarding THCA products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. B2B clients should ensure that all product labeling and marketing materials comply with FDA guidelines and avoid making unsubstantiated health claims.

Health Effects: While THCA is generally considered safe and non-psychoactive, it may cause side effects in some individuals. Potential side effects can include minor digestive discomfort or other responses. Consumers should be aware of these possibilities and B2B clients should include warnings and disclaimers on product labels.

Drug Testing: Although THCA itself is non-psychoactive, use of THCA products may result in a positive drug test for THC once THCA is decarboxylated into THC. Both B2B clients and consumers should be informed of this possibility. B2B clients should clearly communicate this information on product labels and in educational materials.

Shipping Restrictions: The shipping of THCA products can be restricted by state laws, which may differ significantly across regions. B2B clients must stay informed and comply with current state and local shipping regulations. Consumers are advised to verify whether THCA products can be legally shipped to their state or locality.

Product Safety: All THCA products should be kept out of reach of children and pets. Proper storage in a safe, cool, and dry place is necessary to maintain product quality and safety. B2B clients should emphasize these storage and safety guidelines on packaging and in user instructions.

Consult with Healthcare Professional: Individuals with health concerns or who are taking medications should consult with a healthcare professional before using THCA products. B2B clients should include such advisories to inform consumers and comply with best practices in product safety and transparency.

Acknowledgment: By purchasing, producing, distributing, or using THCA products, both B2B clients and consumers acknowledge and agree to the above terms and conditions and take full responsibility for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
