It is not federally scheduled in the US; the DEA temporary scheduling in August 2026 covers 7-OH above a set threshold and related synthetic compounds, not botanical kratom with naturally occurring 7-OH below it. We do not sell 7-OH or enhanced kratom. Some states, counties and cities ban or restrict kratom, so we review each order against current rules before it ships. We give no directions for use and make no health or effect claims; buyers are responsible for the labeling and claims on their own products.

No. We do not sell 7-OH (7-hydroxymitragynine) products, synthetic or concentrated 7-OH, related synthetic compounds, or leaf powder enhanced with added extract. The COA for every lot reports mitragynine and 7-hydroxymitragynine.
Is kratom legal to buy wholesale?
Kratom is not federally scheduled in the US. In August 2026 the DEA temporarily placed 7-OH above a set threshold, along with several related synthetic compounds, in Schedule I; botanical kratom with naturally occurring 7-OH below that threshold is not covered. Several states, counties and cities ban or restrict kratom, so we review each order against current state and local rules before it ships.
