Ordering & minimums

Do you sell to the public?+
No. Bulk CBD Distributors is wholesale and bulk only. We supply manufacturers, brands, retailers, distributors, and extraction labs, not individual consumers.
What is the minimum order?+
Minimum order quantities run from 100g to 1kg depending on the product. Flower and biomass start at the pound level.
How do I place a wholesale order?+
Send us a message through the contact page with what you are sourcing, your estimated volume, and any documentation needs. A member of the team confirms specs and availability and sends a quote so you can place the order.
Can I order more than one product at a time?+
Yes. Many buyers source across several cannabinoids and formats in a single order. Tell us the full list and we will quote it together.
2

Pricing & samples

How does pricing work?+
Pricing depends on the product, the form, and the volume. Because rates move with quantity and material, we quote each order directly. Our team walks you through pricing and terms when you request a quote.
Do you offer volume pricing?+
Pricing scales with volume. Share your estimated monthly or per-order quantity and we will quote the appropriate tier.
Do you offer samples before a full order?+
Samples are available on many products so your team can validate material against your own specs before committing to a full order.
What payment terms do you offer?+
Payment terms are set up when we send your quote. Tell us how your business prefers to pay and we will walk through the available options.

Products & cannabinoids

Which cannabinoids do you carry?+
CBD, CBG, CBN, CBC, and CBDV, plus acidic forms such as CBDA and CBGA and a range of hemp terpenes.
What product forms are available?+
Isolate, distillate, crude oil, water soluble, flower, and biomass, along with retail-ready formats and white label options for finished goods. Browse the full catalog to see what is in stock.
What is the difference between isolate, distillate, and crude?+
Isolate is a single cannabinoid refined to a high purity for precise, flavorless dosing. Distillate is a refined oil that can carry a broad or full cannabinoid profile. Crude is the earlier-stage extract used as feedstock for further refinement.
Do you supply retail-ready and white label products?+
Yes. Alongside bulk inputs, we offer retail-ready formats such as gummies, beverages, tinctures, and topicals, plus white label options for brands building a finished line.

Lab testing & COAs

Do your products come with lab results?+
Yes. Every product is backed by a certificate of analysis from independent, ISO 17025-accredited laboratories, including DEA-registered third-party labs operating under USDA testing standards.
What does a COA cover?+
A certificate of analysis reports what is actually in the material: the cannabinoid panel plus heavy metals, pesticides, microbials, and residual solvents.
Can I see the COA before I buy?+
Yes. A certificate of analysis is available for every product before you commit, so your team can verify specs up front.

Shipping & lead times

How fast do orders ship?+
Most orders ship within a few days of confirmation.
How are acidic cannabinoids shipped?+
Acidic cannabinoids such as THCA, CBDA, and CBGA ship by 1-day or 2-day air to preserve stability in transit.
Do you review orders for state compliance?+
Yes. Orders are reviewed on a state-by-state basis at processing so that every shipment stays compliant with current requirements.
6

Compliance & legality

Are your products compliant with federal hemp law?+
Our catalog is built around the cannabinoids that remain federally compliant under Section 781 of P.L. 119-37, which takes effect November 12, 2026. We focus on the inputs the industry is standardizing on for the long run.
What changes on November 12, 2026?+
Section 781 of P.L. 119-37 reshapes the federal hemp definition. We have aligned our catalog around the cannabinoids that remain compliant, so buyers can source with confidence through the transition and beyond.
What compliance documentation do you provide?+
Every order is backed by a certificate of analysis, and our team can provide the documentation your supply chain or customs broker needs to verify what you are buying.
